This is a schematic design for a family home on the Oregon coast. The site has a steep downward slope into the Pacific, in a new residential development in Neskowin, northwest of Portland. The owners have a busy lifestyle as entrepreneurs, with a series of businesses in a different cities across Oregon. They ultimately chose to purchase a home rather than building one from scratch.
