This home sits on a hillside at the edge of Hendricks Park in Eugene, surrounded by mature trees. The site drops considerably from the street frontage. A one-vehicle carport hugs the street, and it was in need of structural improvements. The renovation included redesigning and rebuilding the stair, railings and walkways in the spirit of the original house.
