Located within the walkable and bikeable Friendly Street Neighborhood Hub, the CoVision Mixed-Use Development is a vibrant addition to the streetscape. This mixed-use project includes three residential homes along with ground floor restaurant space and commercial office above.

Designed to make a positive impact on the neighborhood and minimize negative impacts associated with new construction, the development features a number of sustainable strategies including rooftop solar, energy star appliances and fixtures, and drought tolerant landscaping.
