Located along Oregon's Pacific Coast, these townhouses overlook their namesake just outside the town of Newport. Townhouses are a development of four three-unit buildings overlooking the ocean at the north edge of Agate Beach. Ranging in size from 2,200 to 2,500 SF, the units include three bedrooms, and either two or three baths. The open floor plan living area opens out onto balconies with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.

The units all share a central landscaped area, unifying the buildings into a neighborhood community. Each building is skillfully integrated into the sloping site, ensuring beautiful ocean views for each resident. Upstairs units are furnished with an elevator for full accessibility.
